The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECPION 1, For the vacation of street right-of-way, described as follaas:
All that part of a 12 foot alley easement in Block 19, Fridley
Park Addition.
Located in the South Aalf of Section 15, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley
retains easements for drainage and utility purposes.
SF)LTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.D7 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
