The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows;
603.11 Hours of Operatiaai
� No sale of intaxicating liquor shall be made between the hovrs of 1:00 a,m.
and 10:00 a.m, ai Simday, nor between 12:00 miciiic�t on Simday imtil 8:00 a.m.
on Monday, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on any Memorial
day, nor between the hours of 1:OD a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on any day of a
Statewide election. No on-sale shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m.
and 8;00 a.m. on any weekday.
It shall be unlawful £or any persons or custcmers, other than the licensee or
his employees to rena'in on the prenises after 1:30 a.m. There shall be no
cons�nption by any persons, including the licensee and his employees, af ter
1:30 a.m.
