Zhe Coimcil of the City of FYidley does ordain as follows:
SHLTIIJN 1. 4hat ti�e Center 41ty Redevelopment District was established
for the pra�wtion of the i�rovenent of the district for the
health, safety and general welfare of �e City of FricIley.
SECPIOri 2. �e City of Frid].ey is the fee owner of the tract of land
within the City of FYidley, Anoka County. State of Minnesota,
described as follows:
Zhe Southerly 4Q feet of Lot 12, Block 2, Rees' Addition to
Fridley Park including the westerly 3.63 feet of adjacent
vacated alley rightrof-way; along with the Northerly one-half
of the adjacent 64th Avenue ric�trof-way.
SHLTION 3. It is herel� determined 1� the City Oouncil that the Council
i.n the interest of promoting the Center City Redevelopment
District is herel� authorized to sell said property.
SH(,TION 4. 7he Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the
necessary dee� to effect the sale of the above described real
estate.
