�e Coimcil of t3�e City of FYidley does ordain as follaas:
SHCPION 1. '�at the Center City Redevelopment District was established
for the prcmotion of the isg�ravanent of the district for the
health, safety ar� c3eneral welfare of the City of Fridley.
SHCTIDN 2. The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of la�
within the City of FYidley, Anoka County, State oP Minnesota,
described as follaas:
Rhe Southerly 12.8 feet af Lot 6, along with all of Lots 7, 8,
9, 10 and 11, Block 2, Rees' Addition to Fridley Park
including the Easterly 8.37 feet of adjacent vacated alley
right-of-way; along with the Northerly one-half of the
adjacent 64th Avenue rightrof-way.
SEXTIOlI 3. It is heteb3 detecmined by the City Council that the Council
in the interest of promoting the Center City Redevelopment
District is hereby authorized to contract to sell said
