north line of said Block, 54.00 feet; thence on a bearing of south,
parallel with the west line of said block, 102.04 feet; thence southerly
on a nontangential curve ooncave to the east for a distance of 55.55 feet
to the westerly extension of the south line of Lot 27, said block, said
curve has a radius of 734.29 feet and chord bearing of S 20 28' 08" E,
