AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF

�e Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follaas:
1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of Fridley as
described as:
Lot 3 and the North Half of Lot 4 and Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 1,
Erco's First .�,ddition, lying in the North Half of Section 13, R�30�
R-24, City of Fridley, Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District C-2 (General Business Areas).
3. The the Zoning Achninistrator is directed to change the official zom.ng map
to shaa said tract or area to be rezoned from Zonec7 District C-2 (General
Business Areas) to R-3 (General Multiple Family Dwellangs).
