AN ORDINANCE UbIDER SECPION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREE`i5 ADID AIS,EYS ADID TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE.
Zhe Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follaas:
1. For the Vacation of a street dedication described as follaas:
The East 130.70 feet of 54th Avenue lying West of the West line of 4th
Street and between Blocks 12 and 13, Hamilton's Addition to
Mechanicsville.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains an
easement in the South 30 feet for drainage and utility purposes.
2. The said vacation has been made in confoxmance with Minnesota Statutes and
pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and A�.pendix C of the City Code
shall be so amended
