ZSiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOIS,GWS:
6D5.13 Restrictions
1. No licPnsee or other person shall consur� or display or allaa consumption
or display of intoxicating liquor on any Sunday between the hours of 1:00 a.m.
and 12:00 noon.
2. No sale shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.n. on any
week day, Monday through Saturday inclusive. No sale shall be made on
December 24 after eight p.m. All licenses shall be closed to the public
starting not later than 1:30 a.m. until the time herein provided as
permissible for sales, consumption or display. No person other than �nployees
shall be permitted within such establishment during the closed periods.
� 3. It shall be unlawful, for any persons or customers, other than the licensee
or the licensee's employees, to ranain on the prenises after 1:30 a.m. There
shall be no consi,mm-ion by any persons, including the licensee or licensee's
employees, after 1:30 a.m.
