VACATE S4REE15 AAID ALS�EYS AND TO P.[�"lEP1D APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE,
'The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follcxas:
1. For the Vacation of an utility easement described as iollaas:
All that p�rt of 76th Avenue N.E, located in Osborne h�inor Second Addition
lying East of the East line of the Past line of Sth Street N.E.
Al1 lying in the North Half of Section 11, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with P�Linnesota Statutes and
pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter �nd Appendix C of- the City Code
shall be so amended
