R�I� CITY �UNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAII�i AS FOLLOWS:
504.02. LI(�ISFS RDQUIRID
No person shall operate or permit a taxicab owned or controlled by him to be
operated as a vehicle for hire upon the streets of the City of Fridley without
having first obtained a taxicab license therefor under the provisions of this
Chapter, provided that any taxicab licensed to operate in any other
munici�lity of this State may carry psssengers from said municig�lity whereso
licensed to any place or point within the City of Friclley but owners and
drivers of such vehicles shall not be permitted to solicit business in the
City of Fridley or othexwise operate a taxicab on the streets of such City,
without being licensed under the provisions of ihis ordinance.
Each applicant for a taxicab license shall apply to the City Council for such
license upon an application forri to be provided by the City, and to be filed
��ith the City Clerk, and must comply with the following provis�ons to the
5atisfaction of the City Council.
