901.01. GII�IERAL PROVISIONS
E�ery person who violates this Code is sub�ect to all penalties provided for
such violation. E�tcept where a different, specific or more particular penalty
is provided or allavec] with respect to any offense, any person guilty of a
violation of this Code shall upon conviction of such oizense, be rined in an
amount not to exceed $700 or be imprisoned in �ail for a periocl not tc exceecl
ninety (90) days or both for each ofiense of �ahich such person is convicted.
