The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follaas:
109.01. AIR QUALITY STAi�II]ARDS
Air Pollution Control Regulations and Ambient Air Quality Standards
of the Mi.nnesota Pollution Control Agency as adopted puxsuant to
Nlinnesota Statutes 1967r Section 116.07, as filed with the
Commissioner of Administration of the State of 1+7innesota on July 7,
1969, are hereby adopted by reference and shall be in full force and
effect in the City of Fridley as if set out here in full, pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes Section 471.62. (Ref. 458)
109.02. PENFILTIES
�Any violation of this Chapter is a misdemeanor and shall be sub7ect
to all penalties provided for such violations under the provisions
of Chapter 901 af the Pridley City Code. Each day that a violation
continues to exi5t shall constitute a separate violation. 5uch
penalties may be imposed in addition to revocation or suspension of
permit and in addition to abatanent of a nuisance.
