ORDINANCE 4�D AMEND 7HE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY�
MIDII�'SOTA BY MAKING A QiANGE IN ZONING DIS7RIGTS
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follaas:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
SECrION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
Lot 1, Western Ridge Estates, lying in the South Half of Section
24, �-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as R-3
(general multiple dwellings).
Lot 2, Western Ridge Estates, lying in the South Half of Section
24, �30, 1�24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka.
Is hereby designated to be in Zoned Uistrict known as R-2 (two
� family dwellings).
SE(.TION 3. That the Zoning Ac3ninistrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to shaw such tract or area known as Lot 1, from R-1
(one family dwellings) and R-2 (two family dwellings} to R-3
(general multiple dwellings), and to show such tract or area known
as Lot 2, from R-1 (one family dwellings) to R-2 (two family
dwellings) all in Western Ridge Estates,
