AN ORDINANCE UAIDER SE(,TION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE S�2EEi5 AND ALLEYS AND TO F1[�7END APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY �DE
The City Council of the City of Fndley does ordain as follaas:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an a].ley anc7 street nght-of--�aay described as
follaas:
The 16 foot alley and the balance of Gimwood Street south of Lot
11, Blk 6, Onaway
All lying in the south half of Section 3, T-30, R-24, City of
Fndley, County of Anoka, ri4innesotl
Be and is herel�y vacated except that the City of Fndley retains
(1) an easement for utility purposes on the 12, f-oot alley and (2)
an easement for utility purposes on the west 30 feet of Gumwood
Street.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amenclecl.
