ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY �DE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MII�II�'SOTA BY MAKII� A C�lANGE IN ZOiVING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fndley does ordain as follaas:
SECPION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amenued as hereinafter
indicated.
SE(.TION 2. The tract or area within the Co�znty cf Anoka anca the City of
Fridley and described as:
That p3rt of Lots 3 and 21, not taken for highway purposes, and
all of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and
20, Block 20, Fridley Park, lying in the South half of Section 15,
�30, 1�-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as R-3
(general multiple dwellings).
SECfION 3. That the Zoning Acbninistrator is directed to change the ofiacial
zoning map to shaa said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District R-1 (one family dwellings) to R-3 {general multiple
