The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follaas:
SECPIOIV 1. Appendix D of the City Cocle of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
SECPION 2. The tract ox area within the County of Finoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
The Northerly 155 feet of Lot 9, P.uditor's Subdivision No. 78
locaten in the South half of Section 13, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in Zoned District known as CR-1
(general office).
SECPION 3. That the Zoninq Achninistrator is directed to change the ofiicial
zoning map to show such tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District P1-1 (light industrial) to CI�1 (general office)
