The City Council of the City of Fridley dces erdain as follaas:
SECPION 1. For the vacation of a street describecl as follaws:
That gsrt of 73rd Avenue NE lying 6etween Lot 5, Block 4, CoRaraerce
Park, and Lot 13. Block 1. Paco Industrial Park, from the West
line of Conmerce Citcle West to tYfe East line of Eurlington
Northern, Inc.
1#11 lying in Section 11, T-30, F�-24, City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City oi Fridley retains
easements for utility purposes on the South 15 feet, the Pdorth 10
feet and the West 10 feet of the East 57 feet and the West 10 feet
of the East 25 feet thereof.
� SEC'PION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with P4innesat-a
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amenc7ed.
