The City Council of the City of Fndley does ordain as follaws:
SECPION 1. Eor the vacation of a utility easement describecl as follows: the
Southerly 8 feet of the North 10 foot easement on Lot 9, P.lock 4,
Rice Creek Estates.
All lyin9 in the South Half of SectiCn 13, T-30. R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesoi:a.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECPION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance wiY.h Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
