� AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 For the vacation of a street and utility easement described as
follows A'b1e Street - 73rd Avenue South to Locke Park
(Original easement for street and utility purposes was filed on 12-
1-69 and is Document No. 66D58 )
A11 lying in the South half of Section 11, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
SECTION 2 The vacation of said street is mac�e suU�ect to the tezms and
conditions of that certain street relocation agreement entered into
between the City of Fridley and the Dayton Hudson Corporation dated
January 21, 1985
SECTION 3 The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code sha11 be so amended
