AN OI�INANCE [IAIDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CAARTER TO
VACATE STREE'PS P�ID ALLEYS AAID TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CO�E
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follcw�s:
SECTION 1, For the vacation of a stxeet easement described as follows: 67th
Avenue adjacent to Lot 30, Block 2, Qak Grove Addition.
All lying in the North Half of Section 13, '1�-30, R-24, Citp of
Fridley, County of Flnoka, Minnesota
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City retains easements
over the entire street width for utility and dtainage purposes.
SECPION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Plinnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12,07 of the City Charter and
I�pendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
