CHAPTER 116 ENTITLED "PUBLIC SANITATION FACILITIES"

116.02. LICENSE REQUIRID
1. No pexson shall avn, operate, maintain, lease or be responsible
for any public steam bath, public heat bathing room or public
suntanning roan, unless a license shall have been obtainec� frorn the
City, pursuant to this Chapter. Also, no person sha11 cvm, operate,
mair.tain, lease or rent to any other person, or in any way provitle
or service a public portable rest room within the City of Fridley
unless a license shall have been obtained from the City, pursuant to
this Chapter.
2. Any "sauna" as defined by Section 125.02 of this Code and which
meets all of the follaaing requirements:
A. Is licensed under this Cha�ter; and
E. Is contructe�7 ad�acent to and is operated in con�unction
with a swimming pool having a minimimt surface area of 750 square
� feet and which pool is licensed under Section 115.03 of this
Code; and
C. There is not a se�rate charge imposed for the use of this
