at 7610 [fiiversity Avenue N.E. He stat�d backgro„�t1'�investigations have
been oompleted by the Poliae Depart�nent and st��f'`would rectiamend apprwal.
Mr. F1ora, Public Works Director, stat�`�here had been an agreement with
the grevious owners for sacne impro�r�ents on the property. Mrs. Ardis 57nith
stated these impravenents wou�,d�-tSe aompleted.

CouncilmatfyFitzpatrick. Upon a voice vote, all voting aye, I�1�ayor Nee
�the motion carried �nanimously and the public hearing closed at
p. m.

notioe and open the public hearing. Sec�nded by Qotimcilman Scru�eider. Up�n
a voice vote, all voting aye, Mayor Nee declared the motion carried
�animously an the public hearing opered at 7:43 p.m.
Mr. Flora, Public Works Director, stated this public hearing is for vacation
of part of a drainage and utility easement. He stated, due to a survey
error, a residential c�►elling was aonstructed in gart of this easement at
115 Satellite Lane. He stated, therefore, a request has been received to
vacate a 3 x 12 foot portion of this easement in order to obtain clear title
for the property. He stated this vacation is a small portion of the
existing easement.
Mr. Flora stated the Planning Commission did revommend approval of this
request.
