SECPION 1. For the vacation of a street riyht-of-wuy described as follows:
that p�rt of 63rd Avenue lying wxthin the plat of Sandy Terrace,
except the City retains a drainage and utility easernent or: the
west 6 feet.
All lying in the South Half of Section 1�, �-30, R-24, City of
Fndley, County of Anoka, I�nnesota.
Be and is hereby vacateci, sub�ect to the above-nientioned
exception.
SEGTION 2, The said vacation has been made in conf-ormance with I�.innesot�
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 ot the City Churter and
