SEQ'ION l. For the vacation of a street and utility easement described as
follaws: All that part of University Avenue West Service Road
(loop back) lying within Lot 18, Block 5, Rioe Creek Plaza South
Addition.
All lying in the North Half of Section 14, �30, 1�24, City of
Fridley� Cbunty of Anc>ka, Minnescta.
Be and is hereby vacated. �
SEC�'ION 2. Said street and utility eas�nent was dated Septenber 19, 1967 and �
