6.07. APPEALS O�MMISSION
9. Iapse of Varianoe by Non-use.
If work as permitted by a variance is not commenced vaithin one year and
mmpleted within two years after granting of a variance, then such variance
shall become null and void unless a petition far extension of tine in which to
oomp7.ete the work has been granted by the oommission. Such extension shall be
requested in writing and filed with the City Fianzaer at least twenty (20) clays
before the expiration of the oriqinal variance. The request for extension
shall state facts shaaing a good fa�.th attenpt to compl.ete the work pern�itteel
in the variartce. 51ich petition shall be presenteol to tr�e Appeals Commission
for heanng and decision in the same manner as the oric�inal rea,uest for
variance.
