SECPION 1. For the vacation of a street ceclication described as follawse
Vacate tYie unused Johnson Street dedication lyiny north of Sky-�aood
Lane and South of I- 694.
All lying in the south half of sectzon 24, T-30, R-24, City of
Friclley, Cotmty of Anolca, Nunnesota.
Be and is hereby vac:atecr, except the City retains the entire
street for Utility Easenent purFoses.
SECTION 2. �e saza vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes anci pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appenciix C of the City code shall be so amentieci.
