AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIALEY� MINNFSOTA BY MAKiNG A QjANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
Tk?e Coimcil of the City of Fridley does ordain as follaas:
$EGTION 1. Appendix D of the City Gode of Fndley is amenc7ed as hereinaf-ter
indicated.
SECPION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
The Southerly 877.87 feet of all that part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, 'I�30, P.-24, Anoka
Coimty, Mtnnesota, lying Westerly of State Trunk Highway 47.
Is herelx designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-3
(General Shopping Center), except that part platted as Lot 1,
Block 2 on the proposea plat, Vantage Com�r�y's Addition, wYiicki is
hereby desir,nated to be in the zonec district known as C-2
(General Busi�ss).
� SECTION 3. �at the Zoning Achninistrator is directed to change the ofticial
zoning map to shaa said tract or area to be rezonecd from Zoned
District r�2 (Heavy Industrial) and C-2 (General Busine�s) to C-3
