The City Cotmcil of the City of Fridley hereby ordains as follaas:

23. Personal FS�p�_ession Sicyi.
A sign which expresses an opimon or feeliny of an individual or group and
which its princi�l purpose is not for the prcmotion of any good or sexvice.

7. Personal F.�q�ression Sigi.
Provided they meet the follaaing requirenents:
A. A maxun�nn size of thirty two (32) square feet iri area per sign.
� B. A maxim�sn af three signs per tax parcel.
C. A maximinn distance of ten (10) feet from any property line or
driveway.
D. The sign is erected by the owner of the property upon which it is
located, or the tenant with the permission of the a�ner.

E. No permit is required to display the £ollaaing signs. This shall
not be oonstrued as relieving the erector of a sign, or the owner of
the property on which a sign is locatecl frwn conforming with the other
provisions of this Chapter.

of the �rcel upon which the signs are to be placed, or by the
tenant with the permission of the a,�r�r.
