The City Council of the City of Fridley cbes herety ordain as follaas:
SECPION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of FxicilEy is amenaed as hereinaftez
inc3� cated.
SECPION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka anc the City of
Fridley and descnbed as:
The North 750 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 12, �30� R-24, Anoka County, M�.nnesota, except
the East 720 feet thereof, and exce�t the South 300 feet of said
North 750 feet and except the North 233 feet of the West 230 feet
thereof. Together with that part of the North 750 feet of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, T-30,
1�24, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Easterly of State Trunk
Highway #65, except the 5outh 300 teet of said North 750 feet and
except the NoYth 233 feet thereof, generally locatea South of
Osborne Raad and East of Highway #65.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
