Zhe City Council of the City of Fridley hereby ordains the follaaing:

Any norrhane based program, that for compensation or otherwise, provides for
the care of children outside their home for Fart of a 24 hour day. Includes,
but is not limited to, programs for children known as nursery schools, day
nurseries, child care centers, and day care facilities.
19. I�y Care, Useable Floor Area.
Primary s�ce excl usive of hallways, tz�throans, lockers, kitchens, and floor
space occupied by sanitary equi�vnent, but not including equipment and
furnishings regularly used by the children.
32. Hane Occug3tion.
F. Lioensed home based Family Day Care that serve twelve (12) or f ewer
children when one (1) care giver is provided and licensed home based
Group Family Day Care that serve fourteen (14) or fewer chilaren when two
(2) care givers are provided, as defined by the Minnesota Rule, Parts
9502.0300 to 9502.0445.
68. Streets, Arterial.
A street desicpied primarily to carry traffic between large land use units, as
defined in the Transportatton section of the current Fric]ley Conprehensive
Plan.
69. Streets, Collector.
A street desicyied primarily to carry traffic from local streets to arterial
streets and highways, as defir�ed in the Transportation section of the current
EYidley Comprehensive Plan.
70. Street, Local.
A street of lunited continuity designed primarily to carry traffic to the
abutting properties and higher order streets, as defined in the TransFortation
section of the current Fridley Comprehensive Plan.
