ORDINANCE N0. 867
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPEAIDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The City Council of the Gity of Fridley does hereby ordain as follow5
SECTION 1 For the vacation of a utility easement described as follows. the
five foot utility easement along the southwest property line of
Lot 4, Slock l, Innsbruck North Townhouses Plat 4, to a point ten
feet west of the southeast property line of the same lot, the same
being 5462 Meister Road N E All lying in the South half of
Section 24, T-3D, R-24, Anoka County, Minnesota
Be and is hereby vacated
SECTION 2 The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1986
