AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTL�R TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPEAdDIX C OF THE
CITY CDDE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 For the vacation of a street and utility easement lying withtn Lot
32, Revlsed Audrtor's Subdivision No 77 (71 1/2 Way cul-de-sac)
Said vacated easement is part of the easement acquired April 15,
1976 and recorded at Anoka County as Document No 443624
A11 lying in the South Ha1f of Section 10, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Be and is hereby vacated
SECTION 2 The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code sha11 be so amended
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF FRIDLEY THIS 17TH DAY OF
NOVEMBER, 1986
