APL ORDI1dANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 4.05 AAPD 12 OS OF TFIE
FRIDLEY CITY CHARTER
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
That the following sections of the Fridley City Charter be amended as follows
4 OS JUDGES OF ELECTIONS
The Council shall at least twenty-five (25) days before each municipal
election appoint two (2) or more registered voters of each voting precinct to
be �udges of elections therein and one (1) registered voter of the same
precinct to be head �udge o£ election No person signing or circulating a
petrtion of nomination of candidate for election to office or any member of a
committee petitioning for a referendum or recall shall be eligible to serve as
a �udge o� such election
12.08 DAMAGE SUTTS
1 No action shall be maintained against the City on account of any in�uries
or damages to persons or property, unless such action shall be commenced
1 within one (1) year from the occurrence of such in�ury or damage, nor unless
notice shall have been given in writing as required Uy MinnesoCa Statutes
- 2 No acCion sha11 be maintained against the Crty on account of in�uries or
damages to persons or property resulting from or caused by any accumulation or
deposit of ice or snow on any public street, sidewalk, building, or place
