The Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follaas:
SEGTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
SEGTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley an� described as:
The South 300 feet of the North 750 feet of the P7ortheast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter except the East 720 feet thereof, all in
Section 12, �30, I� 24, Anoka County, Minnesota, sub�ect to road
easements of reoord.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
(General Business).
SEGTION 3. That the Zoning Admirustrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to shav said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
� District C-3 (General Shopping CenterJ to C-2 (Gerieral Business).
