ORDINANCE NO 878
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE GITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City o£ Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 The rezoning request, ZOA �86-05, for University Avenue Associates
is approved with the stipulations referenced in the March 23, 1987

Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as
The South 450 00 feet, except the East 600 00 feet thereof, of all
that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 2,
Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Westerly of
State Trunk Highway No 47, and the North 600 DO feet of the South
1D50 00 feet, except the East 600 00 feet thereof, of a11 that
part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 2,
Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Westerly of
State Trunk Highway No 47, and a11 of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County,
Minnesota, lying Westerly of State Trunk Highway No 47, except
