The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follaas:
111.13. VIIVDING MACHINFS
Under Minnesota State Statutes, Chapter 28A, Section 28A.09, Subd. (a)
provides that a Home Rule Charter City who does not inspect food vending
machines is prohibited from imposing a food venciing machine inspection or
license fee.
