The City Council of the City of Fric7ley does hereby orciair. as follaas:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a 30 foot easement for �ublic roau purposes
(Viron Road) lying north of the north 213 feet, as measurec� at
right arrgles to, the north line of the northeast c�uarter of the �
northwest quarter anci the north line of the northwest c;uarter of
the northwest c�uarter lying east of, and ad�aoent to Trunk Highway
D7o. 65. All lying in Sectic,n 12, �30, R-2�. ExceF�t the north 43
feet thereof (Osborr�e Road) anc� sub�ect to riyhts aria other
easements of record, generally located South of Osborne Roau ana
East of Fliylnaay 65.
Be anc7 is hereby vacated, except the City retain the Westeily 22
feet to be maintained for utility purFoses.
SEGTION 2. The saici vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
5tatutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Ctiarter anc�
' Ap�ndix C of the City Cocle shall be so amended.
