The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby oraain as follcnvs:
SEC'i'ION 1. To vacate the northerly 1 foot of the easterly 30 feet of the 5
foot drainage and utility easement locatecE on the southerly 5 feet
of Lot 16, Block 10, Donnay's Lakeview Manor Addition, the same
being 550 - 57th Avenue N.E. All lying in the south half of
Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2 The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes anci pursuant to Section 12.07 of the Citp Charter and
Agpenc;ix C of the Cit�r Code shall be so amended.
