ORDINANCE NO 889
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHAR.TER TO VACATE
STREETS AND AId.EYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTI�N 1 Foz the vacation of easements for public utilities described as
follows vacate the 6 foot drainage and utility easements over
the west and south 6 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Veit's Second
Addition, generally located at 643D East River Road N E
A11 lying in the south half o£ Section 15, T-30, R-24, City of
Fndley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Se and is heseby vacated
SECTION 2 The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDZEY THIS 6TH DAY OF
JULY, 1987
