AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12 07 OF TFI� CITY CIIARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TD t1MEND APPEAdDIX C OF 1IIE
CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 For the vacation of easements for public utilities described as
follows Lot 4, Block 2, East Ranch Estates Second Addition,
described as follows (1) a 20 foot drainage and utility easement
over the West 20 feeC of the East 183 feet of the North 160 feet
and (2) the East half of the 30 £oot street and utility easement
lying west of the East 200 feet of the North 160 feet, generally
located at 7710 University Avenue N E
All lying in the south half of Section 2, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Be and is here6y vacated sub�ect to stipulations adop�ed at City
Council meeting of September 14, 1987
SECTION 2, The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 oP the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code sha11 he so amended
