ORDINANCE NO. 894
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of easements for public utilities described as
follows: Lot 4, Block 2, East Ranch Estates Second Addition,
described as follows: (1) a 20 foot drainage and utility easement
over the West 20 feet of the East 183 feet of the North 160 feet
and (2) the East half of the 30 foot street and utility easement
lying ca�st �f the East 200 faet of the iv�rth i60 feet, generally
located at 7710 University Avenue N.E.
All lying in the south half of Section 2, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated subject to stipulations adopted at City
Council meeting of September 14, 1987.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 14TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1987.
