ORDINANCE NO 899
AN ORDINANCE UNDER, SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CFIARTGR TO
VACATE SIREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPEPdDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows
SECTION 1 For the vacation of a drainage easement described as follows
Vacate the 6 foot drainage easement on the north side of Lot 3,
Block 2, Heather Hills Second Addition, except the west 10 feet
and the east 6 feet thereof, the same being 6191 Kerry Lane N E
All lying in the south half of Section 13, T-30, R- 24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Se and is hereby vacated,
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutues and pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall 6e so amended
PASSED AND ADOPTED SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF FRIDLEY THIS 23RD DAY OF
NOVEMSER, 1987
