ORDINANCE NO 902
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12_07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND
AI.I.EYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 For the vacation of that part of McKinley Street as dedicated in
the Plat of Acorn Hill Addition and together with the Northerly
extension of said McKinley Street to the South line of the Plat of
Amber �aks, generally located at 5980 Stinson Boulevard N E. A11
lying in the north Ha1f of Section 24, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Be and is hereby vacated
SECTION 2 The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 D7 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended, sub�ect to
stipulations adopted at City Council meeting of April 4, 1988
