attached hereto, was adopted by the City Council of the City of

ORDINANCE NO. 902
AN ORDINANCE UNDIIt SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTEB TO VACATE STREETS AND
AId.EYS AND TO AHF.ND APPENDIR C OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of that part of McKinley Street as dedicated in �
the Plat of Acorn Hill Addition and together with the Northerly �
extension of said McKinley Street to the South line of the Plat �f
Amber Oaks, generally located at 5980 Stinson Boulevard N.E. All
lying in the north Half of Section 24, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Sta�utes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended, subject to
stipulations adopted at City Council meeting of April 4, 1988.
