AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALI.EYS AND TO AMEND APPENAIX C OF THE

CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 To vacate the 12 foot alley in Block 5, Hyde Park, lying North of
the South line of Lot 22 extended Easterly and South of the North
line of Lot 30 extended Easterly All lying East of and ad�oining
Lots 22 - 30, Block 5, Hyde Park, generally located between 61st
Avenue and 60th Avenue and between 3rd Street and IIniversity
Avenue
All lying in the North Half of Section 12, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Be and is hereby vacated sub�ect to stipulations adopted at the
City Council meeting of May 16, 1488
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code sha11 be so amended
