AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. To vacate all that part of Lots 16 and 17, Auditor's Subdivision No. 881ying
between the east right-of-way line of State Highway No. 65 and a line thirty feet east
of said right-of-way of State Highway No. 65 and lying south of the westerly
e�tension of the south lot line of Lot 8, Block 2, Moore Lake Highlands 3rd Addition
e�tended to the easterly right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway 65 and north of
the westerly e�tension of the north right-of-way line of West Moore Lake Drive, as
platted in the plat of Shorewood Plaza, e�tended to the easterly right-of-way line of
State Trunk Highway No. 65.
All lying in the South Half of Section 13, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated subject to stipulations adopted at City Council meeting of
June 6, 1988.
Section 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and
pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall
be so amended.
