ORDINANCE N0. 908
AN ORDINANCE RECODIFYING THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE BY AMENDING
C1IAPTER 601, ENTITLED •MUNICIPAL OPERATION OF LIQUOR', BY
AMENDZNG SECTIONS 601.07.04 AND 601.07.05
The City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, does hereby
ordain as follows.
601.07. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
4 No liquor or beer shall be sold or served to a person under twenty-one
(21) years of age, directly or indirectly
5 No person under twenty-one (21) years of age sha11 misrepresent his or her
age for the purpose of obtaining liquor or beer
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY OF
JUNE. 1988
