' ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CO➢E OF THE CITY OF FRI➢LEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated
SECTION 2 The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of Fridley
and described as
All that part of Lots 2 and 3, Auditor's Subdivision No 25,
according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Anoka County Register of Deeds, lying west of the east
1580 4 feet thereof, and lying north of the south line of the north
half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
24, Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota and which lies
south of the south line of Lyndale Builder's 6th Addition, according
to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of
the Registrar of Titles in and for the County of Anoka, Minnesota
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as CR-1
(General Office)
� SECTION 3 That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District R-3 (General Multiple Dwellings) to CP.-1 (General Office),
subject to stipulations adopted at City Council meeting of September
12, 1988
