TYie City Cotmcil of the City of FYidley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 To vacate a 30 foot street easement described as follows The Westerly 30 feet
of the Fasterly 230 feet of Lots 3 and 4, B1ock 2, East Ranch Estates Second
Addition The City specifically retains a utility easement over said property
All lying in the South Half of Section 2, T-30, R-24, City of FYidley, CoLmty of
Anoka, Mirmesota
SELTION 2 The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and
pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code
shall be so amended,
