� AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEN➢ APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Crty Council oi the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows
SECTION 1 To vacate a 30 foot drainage and utility easement centered on the
concurrent lot line of Lots 28, 29, 1 and 2, Block 2, Commerce Park
All lying in the South Half of Section 11, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
SECTION 2 Tb.e said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and puxsuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C o£ the City Code shall be so amended
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUI3CIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 19TH DAY OF
JUNE. 1989
